I just signed up, where's my subscription?

When you have signed up for either TDV or TCV, you will receive your subscription immediately after purchase. 

An email will be sent to you with information about setting your password with your email. The email used to sign up is also your username.

If you did not receive this email, we suggest checking spam, trash, or promotions folders. It shouldn't take more than 30 minutes to be received.

If you have waitied longer than 30 minuts and have not recieved your email, please attempt a password reset as this helps in most cases.


Otherwise If it's still not there, then contact support and they can provide credentials and instructions.
