Refund for Cryptocurrency

Only people who paid in cryptocurrency can receive a refund Bitcoin (BTC). We only provide BTC for our refunds, despite which ever crypto was used to purchase the product or subscription.

Note that refunds are approved on a case by case basis and that cryptocurrency refunds are not guaranteed. For example, if you purchase in cryptocurrency for a Summit, we will not be able to provide a refund.

To get a refund in cryptocurrency, please provide us the following:

- A BTC Address to send the refund
- Globee Payment Reference(s)

An invoice from Globee was sent to your email with this information. Note that it may be in the spam or trash folder.
